Wedding cupcakes.
Carrot cupcakes with maple syrup frosting. I loved the cherry blossom design that the couple chose to match the wedding invitations.
Wedding cupcakes with walnuts and maple sugar cream cheese frosting.
Some of the cakes for this order were made with only maple sugar for a bride who does not eat processed sugar. It was a delicious, if expensive product with a really mellow, lovely flavour. Cupcakes were carrot cake and raspberry coconut cake decorated with chopped walnuts and toasted coconut flakes.

Swirls are popular for wedding cakes!
Another wedding cake order with swirls. This time gold and teal.

Wedding cupcake tower with swirls.
Ian McGraw very kindly sent me this picture of a cupcake order for Kerry and Marcus’ wedding at Kew Gardens. It is a stunning photo and I love seeing them all arranged on the stand.

Wedding cupcakes with green swirls.
Cupcakes with swirls have become one of the more popular designs. This order, for a wedding in London, was five different flavours of cupcake – caramel, apple, chocolate mud, caramel mud and chocolate with vanilla buttercream.

Portal cake.
For a wedding celebration. A portal cake is not something I had ever heard of before – but they are out there (see google). One portal cake and 150 cupcakes with “eat me” and the black clubs symbol for Alice, of course. See her photo and blog post of the cake in action here.
Egg free wedding cupcakes.
Almond, chocolate and lemon flavour with a fruit cake for the cutting cake. And six put aside in a box for the bride!
