Cupcake decorating session with the N1 WI.
I had a thoroughly enjoyable evening last night at the N1 WI session, meeting some very interesting people and demonstrating some cake decorating techniques – with a bit of piping bag rolling for those who were keen! There was a lot of talent, evident in the photos below and it was great to see everyone enjoying themselves. It is easy to see why there is a waiting list to join the group!

Oh my god these fairy cakes look so cute, i luv making cakes and of course eating them but my pipping techniques aren’t the best! I use petal paste a lot and luv that side it of,must get my piping bag out at the wkend and give it a shot.
Do you hold these classes often, or was this the first, would luv to go to one if they are on again.
