I really enjoyed making this cake – on behalf of the fantastic people over at Red Bee Media for the talented people who designed the logo over at Aardman Animations (Creators of Wallace and Gromit). I wanted to give the snow a 3D effect and on the red icing background, I think it worked really well!

As the Lavender Bakery starts up the ovens again for 2009, I wanted to introduce a great business for London which I hope will have a long and green relationship with the Lavender Bakery for the benefit of the environment and our customers.
