Some of this week’s cakes…several hours before flying to Stuttgart for a wedding.
More madness than usual this Friday as I had to complete all the orders for the weekend ahead of going to Germany…happy bank holidaying.
Angelina Ballerina cake.
The Spiderman cake was fun to do but you can’t beat a girly cake with a mouse in a tutu for pure cake decorating joy!
Wedding cake and Spiderman.
From floral stacked wedding cakes to action heroes…never dull in the cake world!
And here he is:
Artwork by Kitty – age 6.
I can’t take all the credit for this design – Kitty drew the picture herself and I copied it onto her birthday cake! Also a mini dairy free cake to match for her friend.
Cupcakes for The Make Lounge Launch
Last week was cupcake mayhem, amongst the usual orders – 220 cupcakes for the launch of The Make Lounge in Islington, London – they do craft sessions where you can learn skills, make stuff and meet people – and they do Hen’s nights and birthday parties.
I went to the launch – lovely to see people enjoying the vanilla cupcakes – filled with raspberry jam and decorated with graphics from the Make Lounge logo – and to have a glass of wine and make a paper flower with my friend, Julia.
